Seller Information

The Seller is an international consortium of 150 gold bullion manufacturers headquartered in Hong Kong. They operate under LBMA standards and the regulations of Morgan Stanley Bank. The Seller’s operational team is based in Malaysia.

TTM Status

A Table Top Meeting (TTM) has already been arranged with one of our buyers in Dubai. We are currently handling multiple transactions where the buyer has selected the type of payment guarantee, submitted a Letter of Intent (LOI), and approved the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA).

Pricing and Discounts:

a) Quantity (kg): 400 kg

Gross Discount: 9%

Net Discount to Buyer: 6%

b) Quantity (kg): 1,200 kg

Gross Discount: 10%

Net Discount to Buyer: 7%

c) Quantity (kg): 2,400 kg

Gross Discount: 11%

Net Discount to Buyer: 8%

d) Quantity (kg): 4,800 kg

Gross Discount: 12%

Net Discount to Buyer: 9%

Accepted Payment Guarantee Options

1. Irrevocable, Confirmed, Non-transferable, Non-divisible, Non-assignable and Non-operative Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) 100% at Sight via SWIFT MT700.

2. SBLC via SWIFT MT760.

Buyer Instructions

• Carefully review the offer and select a payment guarantee option.

• Provide the name and location of the issuing bank.

• Submit a delivery schedule for the proposed 12-month contract.

Upon receiving the above details, further discussions can proceed.

Bank Requirements

The Seller will use Morgan Stanley Bank (USA) and SinoPac Bank (Hong Kong).

The Buyer’s bank must be among the top 50 banks globally - List here

Additional Buyer Information Required

• Description of the Buyer, including location and purchasing capacity.

• Name and location of the Buyer’s bank.
