SELLER'S TRANSACTION PROCEDURE B2B

1) Exchange of CIS, then POF/POC – can be agreed during a call between the two Principals
2) Both Parties sign the Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA).
3) The buyer will cause and send Wire/Swift to Sellers nominated bank coordinates in the amount YYY BTC, minus an X% Discount which will cause Seller to send YYY BTC to the Buyers nominated BTC Wallet address.
4) Within 1 banking hour of Buyers Funds clearing Seller’s nominated bank coordinates, Seller will send BTC to Buyer’s nominated BTC address. Seller will provide Transaction hash securely to the Buyer as well.
5) Buyer will confirm receipt of the BTC with the Seller and Seller will provide a Chainanalysis forensics report with each tranche.
6) Seller pays Commissions and Consulting Fees to all trade agents
7) This will conclude the first tranche and the responsibility of both parties.
8) SELLER stands by for BUYER to confirm subsequent tranche and reinitiate procedure from step 3 to 6 until all scheduled tranches are successfully delivered and paid for to all parties’ satisfaction as per ANNEX A
