Frage an Cryptex: Wie viele Verträge kann ich bei Cryptex abschließen?

Antwort vom Cryptex-Support: Die Anzahl variiert je nach DeFi-Pool. Derzeit sind 45-55 Verträge möglich. Dies wird dann von der Bank gemäß ihren Regeln entschieden. Du könntest zum Beispiel:

  • 20 DeFi60 (= 60 Monaten Laufzeit) oder DeFi84 (= 84 Monaten Laufzeit) aktivieren,
  • zusätzlich bis zu 20 DeFi36-Verträge (= 36 Monaten Laufzeit) hinzufügen,
  • oder 10 DeFi60 oder DeFi84 und 2 DeFi36-Pakete mit jeweils 15 DeFi36-Verträgen,
  • oder 3 DeFi36-Pakete mit jeweils 15 DeFi36-Verträgen.

Wenn das obere Limit erreicht ist, wirst du kontaktiert und die Gebühren werden dir sofort und ohne Abzüge zurückerstattet!

Frage an Cryptex: Wie viele DeFi-Verträge können ohne KYC aktiviert werden, und überschreitet dies die zulässige Höchstgrenze?

Antwort vom Cryptex-Support: Das hängt vom jeweiligen DeFi-Staking-Pool ab. Mit den alten DeFi12, DeFi24 und DeFi36 konntest du maximal 10 Verträge aktivieren. Mit dem neuen DeFi36 können insgesamt bis zu 100 aktiviert werden, einschließlich DeFi84. Dafür ist eine Freigabe erforderlich.

KYC: Als Know your customer (KYC; deutsch: ‚kenne deinen Kunden‘) wird eine insbesondere für Kreditinstitute und Versicherungen vorgeschriebene Legitimationsprüfung von bestimmten Neukunden zur Verhinderung von Geldwäsche bezeichnet.

Cryptex Support's response: The number varies depending on the DeFi pool. Currently, 45-55 contracts are possible. This is then decided by the bank according to its rules. For example, you could:

  • Activate 20 DeFi60 (= 60 months term) or DeFi84 (= 84 months term),
  • Additionally, add up to 20 DeFi36 (= 36 months term) contracts,
  • Or 10 DeFi60 or DeFi84 and 2 DeFi36 packages with 15 DeFi36 contracts each,
  • Or 3 DeFi36 packages with 15 DeFi36 contracts each.

If the upper limit is reached, you will be contacted, and the fees will be returned to you immediately without any deductions!

 

Question to Cryptex: How many DeFi contracts can be activated without KYC, and does this line exceed the maximum limit allowed?

Cryptex Support's response: That depends on the respective DeFi staking pool. With the old DeFi12, DeFi24, and DeFi36, you could activate a maximum of 10 contracts. With the new DeFi36, up to 100 in total, including DeFi84, can be activated. A release is required for this.

KYC: Know your customer" (KYC), means a mandatory identity verification process for certain new customers, especially for financial institutions and insurance companies, aimed at preventing money laundering.
